If you are not happy with your order, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In the rare event that the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will also cover the return shipping costs.

You can expect to receive your refund within a reasonable timeframe. Typically, it takes about four weeks from the time you ship the return to us. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time taken to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time your bank requires to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We strive to expedite the refund process, and in many cases, you may receive your refund sooner.

It’s important to note that shipping rates for most items are weight-based. You can find the weight of each product on its respective detail page. To align with the shipping policies of our carriers, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
